The City reviewed bids from local banking branches to serve the municipality’s day-to-day operations. Mountain America Credit Union received the highest rating and is the recommended contractor. This action item was moved early in the meeting due to a scheduling conflict.

Public Hearing for a Permanent Community Impact Fund Board application for a Downtown Master Plan
Community Development Director Michael Black presented this application for $50,000 from the Utah Community Impact Board’s Small Planning Grant Program. The remainder of the estimated $250,000 cost for a master plan would be financed by sales tax revenue.
