Helen M. Knight Elementary’s mayor-picked Student of the Month for April is James Holyoak.
James is a fifth-grade student in Mrs. Wilson’s class. James is the son of Jason and Amanda Holyoak.
“I would like to nominate James Holyoak for the student of the month in my class,” Wilson said. “James never misses a day of school and he always shows up prepared.”
Wilson said James works very hard in class and makes it a point to help others when need be.
“James is also very sweet and loves everyone around him,” Wilson said.
