Health institute office relocated during construction

The Moab Family Health and Prestige Wellness Institute has temporarily moved.

In a recent press release, Dr. Ray Andrew said the temporary move was needed as a permanent office is constructed that will improve space and patient comfort.

The Moab Family Health and Prestige Wellness Institute is temporarily located at 2700 S. U.S. Highway 191, Suite 2, beside Dr. Jeffery Cornelius’s Moab Dental Health Center. The Moab Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the new location on Monday, Nov. 26, from noon to 1 p.m.

Moab Family Health provides a full range of outpatient family medicine services, including annual exams for all ages, men and women’s health, chronic disease management and urgent care.

Prestige Wellness Institute provides some of the newest advancements in health enhancement and regenerative medicine services. Services include hormone replacement, gut repair, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, Prolozone pain therapy, PRP, stem cells, brain health optimization and sexual health enhancement.

Whereas the majority of its patients come from counties and states within a three-hour radius of Moab, some come from as far away as Denver, New Mexico, Nevada and California. Many out-of-town patients patronize local restaurants, hotels, convenience stores and gas stations, adding revenue to the Moab and Grand County economies. A second office in Springville serves patients from central and northern Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana. The Moab offices serve patients from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. New patients and walk-ins are welcome.

Andrew, the Moab Family Health and Prestige Wellness Institute founder, is originally from Mission Viejo, California. Physician assistant Danielle Ricks grew up in Tooele, Utah.
