Neal Dalton passed away on Nov. 6 at his home surrounded by his family. A funeral service will be held on Monday, Nov. 12, at the Moab Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints Stake Center at 11 a.m. A viewing will be held on Sunday, Nov. 11, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Spanish Valley Mortuary, and one hour prior to the service at the church.
