Eva J. Jaramillo Stocks

Eva J. Jaramillo Stocks, 69, passed away on Oct. 23, 2013 after a lingering illness.

She was born to Tom and Eva Shay Jaramillo in Moab, Utah on July 10, 1944.

She grew up in Monticello and graduated high school there. She then attended Steven Heneger school in Salt Lake City.

On Oct. 10, 1965 she married Lee Stocks in Monticello and they moved to Moab, Utah where they resided until her death. They were married for 48 years.

She worked as a secretary for a number of companies in the Moab area including Green River Missile Base, Rio Algom Mining, Texas Gulf Potash Mine, Federal Government at the Mine Safety, and Arches National Park. After she retired from the park services she worked for Uranium One Mining Co.

She is survived by her husband Lee; two brothers: Val (Patsey) Jaramillo and Manuel (Vivanne) Jaramillo; and one sister, Shone Ariotti.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Evette Lee, her parents and a brother Mike (Tammy) Jaramillo.
