Shaelie Rae Knutson was crowned Miss Dixie at Dixie State University. She is the daughter of Shawn and Marilyn Knutson of Preston, Idaho and the granddaughter of Roberta Knutson of Moab. She will represent Dixie State University at local charity and school events, and will serve as the homecoming queen.
