Yoga, Trauma, & Healing Workshop Series

Moonflower Co-op and yoga instructors Trista Winder and Angela Houghton invite you to join a weekly workshop series focused on addiction recovery, trauma, and how deeper healing work can truly open up deeper joy and connection. The series will run on Monday evenings in November from 5:30-7:30pm. Free and open for all! Yoga mats and props provided.
