Learn to Make Borscht!

Learn to prepare authentic Ukrainian borscht, a beet-based soup common in Eastern Europe, with Misha Gomberg at Moonflower Co-op! Participants will help prepare and then be able to enjoy this vegetarian (vegan optional) soup at the end of the class. All ingredients will be provided by Moonflower Co-op.
