Cyanotypes: printing with the sun

July 12 | 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

$30

The cyanotype process is a historic photographic process dating back to the mid 1800s. The process involves creating a photographic print with UV light, using objects, stencils, or negatives to create an image. This workshop will explore the history + methods of the process, including paper coating, exposure, and printing with studio time dedicated to participants creating their own cyanotypes.

This workshop is offered in tandem with the exhibition A Gathering, cyanotype portraits of Moab.
