Four Corners Community Behavioral Health has been recognized as one of Utah’s 100 Companies Championing Women, a designation honoring businesses that excel in family-friendly policies and women-focused workplace initiatives.
Chief Executive Director Melissa Huntington accepted the recognition on behalf of the organization at a ceremony on Jan. 12. FCCBH provides behavioral health services across southeastern Utah including Grand, San Juan, Emery and Carbon counties.
Huntington said she hopes the recognition brings more awareness to the need for behavioral health services in the region.
A community member nominated FCCBH for the honor, though the organization does not know the nominator’s identity.
The 2025 cohort marks the third and final year of the 100 Companies Championing Women initiative, a partnership between the Utah Women & Leadership Project and the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity. The program highlights businesses implementing policies that support recruiting, hiring, retaining and advancing women employees.
Among the most common policies reported by recognized companies are flexible work hours, remote work options, pay equity efforts, and mentoring programs for women. Many companies have also established women-focused employee resource groups and leadership development programs.
