The Grand County High School graduating class of 1970 will hold its 45th reunion in Moab from Friday, Sept. 18, to Sunday, Sept. 20. Approximately 70 people are expected to attend, including spouses and friends.
The reunion will begin on Friday evening at 7 p.m. with the homecoming football game. Those who will not attend the football game will meet at Fiesta Mexicana, 202 S. Main St.
At noon on Saturday, Sept. 19, the class will meet at the southeastern corner of Swanny City Park, 400 N. 100 West. All friends, family members and other classmates are invited for a “bring your own lunch” gathering and visit.
That evening, the class will meet for a cowboy cook-out at the Red Cliffs Lodge, or as classmates will remember, “the White Ranch.” Transportation is available for anyone who needs it.
On Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m., the reunion will conclude with a goodbye breakfast at Denny’s, 989 N. U.S. Highway 191.
