Local student Christopher Moreira recently created a new display in the Grand County Public Library as part of an internship with the Moab Museum. Moreira selected fossils from the museum’s collection for the exhibit “Life over Time,” which displays fossils from different ages, inviting viewers to see a tremendous variety of life forms from Earth’s past in one exhibit. Moreira reflected that the internship experience “confirmed my love for paleontology and helped me be hands-on with the fossils of animals I am very interested in.” Pictured, Moreira and Moab Museum Public Programs Manager Mary Langworthy.
