It was a busy week for the Red Devils with the homecoming football game, tennis regionals, and girls’ soccer game.
On Saturday, September 23, the GCHS girls tennis team competed in the regional tournament in Richfield. Each player competed in multiple matches and the team eventually tied for second place. Said Head Coach Brian Ballard, “The Grand County girls tennis team have worked together to become a formidable team, having no seniors this year and playing competitively. As coaches, we are so proud of their love for the game and their competition. As one of the teams said in unison during the region playoffs: ‘Whether we win or lose, we love playing the Grand County girls, they are so kind and fair.’”
