Dear Editor:
I just don’t get it.
Michael Liss’s plans for an eye-catching bridge over the Colorado is what I don’t get.
Whenever I return home to Moab from the north, I feel welcomed by the cliffs of Courthouse Wash and up the Colorado River. I highly doubt that I am the only person that feels this awe.
So isn’t this what the Moab area is all about (spectacular scenery and natural wonders)? I mean, any old place could put up a bridge like this. Sure, it’s eye-catching … but only the Moab area has the awesome natural beauty that calls people in from all over the world.
