A public hearing to consider rezoning about 30 acres along Spanish Valley Drive from rural residential to allow small-lot and multi-family housing. No vote will be taken.

Healthcare SSD Board Appointments
Commission will vote on appointing Joette Langianese and Karen Feary to fill two vacancies on the Healthcare Special Service District board.

Planning Commission Board Appointments
Commission will vote on appointing Mary Hofhine, Samuel Newman, and Lynn Jackson.

Airport Board Appointment
Commission will vote on an appointment to the Airport Board filling one vacancy, with four applicants interviewed. It’s unclear who the current board recommended.

OHV Recreation Grant
Commission will vote on approving an OHV recreation grant agreement with the state to fund the Moab Motorized Trail Ambassador Program Phase 2.

Resolution Adopting The Grand County Data Privacy Program
Commission will vote on adopting a countywide data privacy program to comply with state law governing how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected by Grand County.

Resolution To Amend Compensatory & Flex Time Accrual Rates
Commission will vote on a resolution to increase the maximum amount of compensatory and flex time county employees can accrue from 24 hours to 80 hours.

Resolution To Amend Education Assistance Policy
Commission will vote on a policy that clarifies that Grand County representatives in appointed positions are eligible to utilize the education assistance program offered to employees.

Ordinance – Zoning Map Amendment La Vina
Commission will vote on an ordinance to rezone the Community at Vina property near 1972 Plateau Drive from residential and mixed-use designations to highway commercial to allow a proposed townhome development by Foothold Inc.

Ordinance – Zoning Map Amendments Bates
Commission will vote on an ordinance to rezone the Bates property near 4747 South Spanish Valley Drive from rural residential to small-lot residential to allow a six-lot subdivision consistent with the Spanish Valley future land use plan.

Ordinance – Grand County Affordable Housing Loan Policy
Commission will vote on an ordinance to establish a framework for using public funds to support affordable housing developments.

Ordinance – Grant Administration
Commission will vote on adopting a new grant administration policy that replaces full upfront payments with a reimbursement-based model.

Ordinance – Elected Officials’ Salary
Commission will vote on an ordinance that sets 2026 salaries for Grand County elected officials at the same levels as 2025, including $187,961.66 for the attorney, $145,412.65 for the sheriff, $111,485.84 for the clerk/auditor, $110,965.66 for the assessor, and $40,103.31 for commission members.

Commission Liaison Appointments
The Commission will vote on its 2026 liaison assignments, designating individual commissioners to serve as points of contact to county boards, committees, and regional organizations.

The Commission will vote on informal subcommittee assignments for 2025.

Fixed Guideway – Public Safety Tax Task Force Creation
