Own an old trailer? Build a new home with Community Rebuilds.

Moab nonprofit Community Rebuilds is dedicated to working with individuals and families in need to build quality housing. However, their efforts to construct energy-efficient homes that support working families in the community are hindered by a lack of available land.

This is why the organization is reaching out to families who have long resided in the area and may own developable land. Landowners, especially those currently living in 1970s-era trailers, could potentially advance higher on the waitlist to receive comprehensive assistance throughout the home-building process. They may also gain access to low-interest financing options.

Interested participants are encouraged to act quickly, as spaces in the program may fill up rapidly due to the increasing demand for affordable housing solutions.
