This week’s mutt, Oleander, came to Underdog at only 5 months old. He was extremely fearful but thankfully, after lots of love, hard work, and dedicated fosters, Oleander is doing much better than he was when he first arrived!
Oleander is still shy with strangers, but he warms up quickly. He is house-trained, crate-trained, walks great on a leash, and loves other dogs. This sweet guy would do best in a home without cats or small animals because of his high prey drive. Because of his past, he would do best in a home without children. Oleander would thrive in a home with patient, loving humans and confident dog siblings to romp with!
Underdog Animal Rescue and Rehab is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping the estimated 250,000 stray dogs on Native American reservations of the Southwest. To learn more about our rescue, visit www.underdogrescuemoab.org.
