The City of Moab is undertaking a project to increase on-street parking in Moab’s downtown area, after plans for a downtown parking structure met with resistance in 2020. Construction on the Downtown Dispersed Parking project is planned for later this year.
Details of the parking plan have changed slightly since a series of workshops in May, officials said, and a public open house with a formal presentation will be held on Thursday, June 16 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Grand Center (182 N. 500 West, Moab).
