Grand County High School football practice officially begins on Monday, July 29, at 7 p.m., with the team’s first game to follow on Friday, August 16. They will play at home against the Morgan Trojans. Last year, GCHS was 2A runner up, despite dressing 50 fewer players than their opponents, coach Dennis Wells said. “We have a good core of returning athletes, but we need players,” he said. “If you are considering coming out for football, please do. We don’t have much depth and would love to have you on the team. Come be part of Red Devil Football!”
