Vicki Sue Atkinson (Orr), age 60, passed away on June 16 in Independence, Missouri. She was born on August 26, 1958, in Sacramento, California. She lived in Moab during her youth, and had three daughters with her former husband Neal West. She loved the outdoors, her grandchildren and the Kansas City Chiefs. She is survived by her husband Jeff; her daughters Kelly Green (Josh); Ashley VanHorn (Shawn); and Cadee West; and four grandchildren, Christopher, Brynnley, Abigail and Sophia. At Atkinson’s request, cremation has taken place and she will have her ashes spread at Mount Sneffels in the San Juan Mountains when the leaves are changing colors.
