Dear Editor:
One of the things that defines community are the get-togethers. Moab has a vibrant calendar of events – car show, art show, music festival, folk festival, rodeo, Jeep Safari, Christmas parade, etc. I would like to see more, not fewer, of these programs. The Friday music shows that started last year brought out a diverse and enthusiastic audience. Perhaps the neighbors should attend and enjoy the festivities instead of complaining. We all benefit from the creativity and commitment of the sponsors.
