Dear Editor,
Just a word of thanks to the Moab Police Department, especially Officers Jones and Nixon and Grand County Sheriff’s Sgt. Mallory. Our trail Jeep was stolen from the campground the first night we arrived in Moab. They got right to work getting the BOLO out and checking surveillance cameras. Two days later, they found our Jeep abandoned in the desert on the outskirts of Moab. Moab is fortunate to have such a fine police department.
