Dear Editor,
Thank you so much for printing Shannon Vaughn’s letter to the editor (“Rep. Chaffetz: focus on your district, not the District of Columbia,” Feb 2-8, 2017 Moab Sun News).
I live in Washington, D.C., and have had great experiences interacting with Utahns in our fair District. The only Utahn I have an issue with is Rep. Jason Chaffetz.
Like many other D.C. residents, we believe that Rep. Chaffetz should spend less time legislating D.C. laws and more time helping his lovely constituents with Utah state issues as well as national/foreign issues.
Please remind him to work for Utah. I do not want to call or email his office to have him address the myriad issues we have in Washington, D.C.
