David Michael Fogg, 39, passed away on November 1, 2016, at his home from a lingering illness resulting in liver failure.
David was born on April 13, 1977, in Moab, Utah, to John R. and Terry Gross Fogg. He graduated from Grand County High with the class of 1995. He attended the College of Eastern Utah in Price and later Utah Valley State College in Orem. He married Melissa Holcomb on October 30, 1999, and they later divorced in December 2012. Together, they brought three adorable sons into this world.
David was noted for his compassion and loving nature; he will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his three sons: Shaun, 11; Bradley, 8; and Jackson, 6; his loving companion Angie Henning; father John Fogg; mother Terry (Tim) Youee; sister Sarah (Corbie) Henderson Shumway; two brothers, John Fogg, Jr. and Keegan Fogg; and a nephew, Brendon Henderson.
Private services will be held in his honor at a later date.
