Green River Dam Rehabilitation Project Engineer Craig Bagley, left, of Bowen Collins & Associates joined state dignitaries and others to celebrate the grand reopening of the diversion dam on Wednesday, May 11. The dam is three-and-a-half miles below the Swasey’s take-out, and includes a new fish ladder, which at least one endangered fish has already used.
