Brent Bullock, July 3, 1948 – September 23, 2015

Brent Bullock died peacefully in his home on the morning of Wednesday, September 23, 2015, in Moab, at the age of 67.

He is survived by his loving wife Tracy (Halls), daughter Emily, son Bryon, five grandchildren and brother Greg.

Brent, a third-generation native of Colorado’s Western Slope, was born on July 3, 1948, in Grand Junction to Verlan and Fern Bullock. He moved to Moab to help manage the family business, Moab Laundry and Linen, in 1970. He married the love of his life, Tracy, in 1977. In 1979, he went to work for Unocal, where he eventually became plant operator until he retired in 2000. Brent was an avid golfer at the Moab Country Club, where he won the Canyonlands Open in the mid 80s. He had a passion for hiking, fishing, camping and gardening, and loved that he had the opportunity and pleasure to live in the beautiful landscape of southeastern Utah, which he frequently referred to as “God’s Country.”

Brent’s wishes were to be cremated and to hold private services.
