Rayvian Marie Hazel Pickens passed away on May 1, 2015, at Moab Regional Hospital.
She was born on October 23, 2013, in Moab to Evelyn and Kyle Pickens.
She is survived by her birth parents, Evelyn and Kyle Pickens; adoptive parents Shannondoah and Erick Dartsch; co-parents Katherine Myers and Daniel Salazar; and her many siblings, Josh, Lyzbeth, Savannah, Tim, Zander, Ethan, Mistee and Jax; many aunts, uncles and cousins, April, Brady, Braden, Abbel and Brody Lee, Tammra and Cloudy Martin, Jamie and his family, Arturo and Fidel, Uncle Tom, Kristina Osborn, Charlie Ryan, Jeffery Myers, Jaquelyn Allmond; grandparents Peggy & Don Caley and Randall & Racheal Martin.
Heaven’s gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord.
Services were held on Wednesday, May 6, at the Community Church of Moab. Condolences may be sent to the Community Church.
