Guides in training

Canyonlands Field Institute is looking for students going into the 10th, 11th or 12th grades to spend a week as “Guides in Training” at the Explorer Base Camps for kids in grades five through eight. The work-study opportunity will teach the high school students about working with kids, risk management, how to pack food, outdoor guiding and outdoor education. Two spots are still open.
