Executive Chef Richard Potts will host an Interactive Cooking Demonstration and lunch. Potts will serve delicacies like Utah Cheeses; roasted pumpkin bisque with Kurobuta, Muscovy duck and gruyere; pumpkin ravioli with pancetta, pecorino and pomodoro; and pumpkin pie with Guinness and caramelized ginger ice cream. Each course will be coupled with well-paired wines and all attendees will receive a Chef’s Farewell Basket with gifts from the garden and recipe cards to go.
