Daryl Hannah and Neil Young visited with Moab-resident John Baptist McGettigan in Castle Valley while they filmed a portion of a documentary “LincVolt: Repowering the American Dream”. Young’s 1959 Lincoln Continental convertible has been re-worked to use clean energy for a cross-country trip. Young and Hannah stopped in the Moab-area to bring attention to proposed energy projects in the area, such as tar sands and nuclear power, and to promote clean energy alternatives.
