Viruses are not exactly alive. They do not eat or breathe and only propagate within a living cell, using the RNA or DNA replication resources of the host cell. An accumulation of moisture and heat in a mask may promote bacteria growth, but is not a setting for the growth of a virus.

Don’t worry. Wear a mask and stay well!
