Jenny Wilson, a Democractic candidate for the U.S. Senate, will be at Eddie McStiff’s on Thursday, May 24, from 9 to 10:30 p.m. The public is invited to stop by to meet Jenny and share their thoughts with her. Wilson is running for office to fill the seat in the U.S. Senate being vacated by Sen. Orrin Hatch. Wilson is a fifth-generation Utahn, currently serving her second six-year term on the Salt Lake County Council. One of five children, she is the daughter of former Salt Lake City Mayor Ted Wilson and Kathy Wilson, an artist and small business owner. She is a graduate of East High School in Salt Lake City and the University of Utah, and received a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School.
