Julia Wilcox passed away on November 20, 2025, at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
She was born January 14, 1937, in DuQuoin, Illinois to Thomas R. and Marjorie Ginn Mitchell. She married Waldo Lynn Wilcox on October 28, 1957, in Gallup, New Mexico and they were married for 60 years. She was a faithful member of the Green River Bible Church in Green River, Utah.
She is survived by daughter Terri (David) Bastian of Green River; son David (June) Wilcox of Price, daughter Patricia (Kevin) Whitmer of Price, and son Kenneth (Glenda) Wilcox of Keenesburg, Colorado; as well as fourteen grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother, a brother, her husband Waldo, and grandsons Tyler and Torry Thompson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Green River Bible Church.
