The Grand County High School cross country teams finished out their seasons at the 2A UHSAA State Championships in Salt Lake’s Sugar House Park, with the girls team taking second place and the boys taking fourth.
“We are so excited for the success and growth of both the boys and girls programs,” staff commented. “The coaches have done a great job with these amazing student athletes.”
Three students placed in the top-ten individually: Ainsleigh Kasprick placed sixth and Gemma Philips was eighth, while River Shaw earned a fourth-place finish.
