Hello friends, it’s your buddy Cosmo the Library Cat. Fall has officially begun, bringing cooler, shorter days, golden sunlight and lots of colorful falling leaves, excellent targets for pouncing practice if you’re into that sort of thing.
Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. I tend to be a little sedentary during the hot summer months. It’s so hard to stay frisky in the heat with all this luxuriant black fur! But I can feel myself growing livelier in this more temperate weather.
To celebrate this wonderful new season, Grand County Public Library will present “Hello Fall Storytime.” Join us at the Moab Library on Saturday, October 5th at 10:30 for a fun hour of fall-themed stories, songs, and crafts.
This story time kicks off a new series of regularly scheduled Saturday Storytimes at the library. So if you can’t make it this week, maybe I’ll see you next Saturday instead! Our Saturday Storytimes will feature stories each week, along with songs, crafts, and play–plus an opportunity to catch a glimpse of me, your handsome and humble correspondent! Saturday Storytimes are geared for children ages 0-9 and their caregivers, but all ages are welcome. Meow for now!
