Nancy Elizabeth Marsing, 86, passed away on August 5, 2024, at her home in Moab.
Nancy was born on May 23, 1938, to Art and Dorothy (Lozier) Carlson in Nebraska. She lived in Utah in her early years before moving in 1961. She lived in New Mexico, Oklahoma and Indiana before returning to Moab in 2000, where she wanted to spend her remaining years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Lamar” Marsing, and two sons, Ken and Larry.
She is survived by Lon, David, Danny, and Teresa; as well as her grandchildren and the next generations.
She will be missed by all. As she said when we parted to go our separate ways through the world, ‘I’ll see you when I see you.’ We love you, Mom.
At Nancy’s request, cremation has taken place. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 21 at 1 p.m. at the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery (2651 Spanish Valley Drive, Moab)
