Red Rock 4-Wheelers help at Utahraptor State Park

The Red Rock 4-Wheelers put their trail maintenance skills to work on July 8, contributing to the construction at the new Utahraptor State Park by installing signage along OHV and mountain bike trails. Help was welcomed by Utahraptor State Park Manager Josh Hansen as work continued toward the opening of the park.

Arches National Park named first Leave No Trace Gold Standard Site in Utah

Arches National Park has been named a Leave No Trace Gold Standard Site, the first in Utah according to a press release. The official designation was awarded on June 21, 2024, at a small ceremony at Arches National Park Visitor Center. “We are honored to receive this recognition for all the work our staff have done to promote Leave No Trace awareness among park visitors,” said Arches Superintendent Lena Pace. “Caring for special places like Arches takes everyone’s help.”
