Moab residents,
I would like to take this opportunity to give a shout-out and a heartfelt thank you to all of the people of the Moab 2nd Ward of the LDS Church and Grand County High School who helped set up and take down the Memorial Day Veterans’ Tributes at both Moab cemeteries, both this year and in past years.
We members of American Legion Post 54 and VFW Post 10900 are aging and dwindling in number, but the importance of remembering and honoring this Nation’s deceased veterans has not diminished. To that end, the time and effort you volunteers contribute is beyond value.
We look forward to working with you again next year!
