June 18, 1948 – June 5, 2024
Robin Daniel Sheridan, 75, was born to John and Edith Sheridan on June 18, 1948, in Roseburg, Oregon. He passed away at his home in La Sal on June 5, 2024.
Robin was a jack of all trades—a mechanic, an electrician, and a carpenter. He was a supervisor at Manville Paper Production. He designed and built a self-cleaning glue machine saving his company thousands. He couldn’t provide a blueprint of the machine (it was all in his head), so they later fired him. Then, he went to pan for gold for a few years living under a bridge. He came to Castle Valley to take care of his dad, Whitey Miller, and that’s where we all knew him.
He married Mary Lue Ordoz. Robin has two daughters, Jaime and Julie, and one son, Gilbert Godov.
This sudden case of death isn’t right. He would do anything a friend could for you, with warm respect. To me, he has been the best dad and offered the companionship of a best friend for many years. Now he’s gone. I’m going to have sweet dreams always because of Robin Daniel Sheridan, Dad.
A private graveside service will be held at Castle Valley Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to share tributes online at SpanishValleyMortuary.com or SVMC.US.
