Housing advocates gathered to break ground on three new projects at the Arroyo Crossing development on April 18. Over 80 low- and moderate-income housing units—including apartments, cottages and townhomes—will begin construction this spring. Officials from the Moab Area Community Land Trust, the Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah and the Utah Housing Corporation celebrated the move as a significant step to addressing the housing crisis in Moab and Grand County.
