June 30, 1973 – February 6, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Martin Espinoza, beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Martin was born on June 30, 1973, to Phil and Lucy Espinoza.
Martin was a devoted husband to his loving wife, Jennette Elizabeth Espinoza. They were joined in holy matrimony on September 13, 1996, and built a beautiful life together. Martin’s commitment to his family was unwavering, and his presence will be deeply missed.
Martin and Jennette were blessed with four remarkable children who meant the world to them. Their eldest, Martin Espinoza II, carried his father’s name with pride and was a constant source of joy and inspiration. Zachariah Espinoza, married to Dakota Espinoza, brought additional happiness and love into their lives. Jesus Espinoza, a gentle soul, and Joshua Espinoza, with his boundless enthusiasm, completed the Espinoza family. Along with his two daughters, Mariah and Lenaya, who will remember their father and keep him close to their hearts, each child is a testament to Martin’s character values.
In his professional endeavors, Martin worked in retail as a manager for years, displaying leadership skills and dedication to excellence. His colleagues admired him for his determination, integrity and ability to inspire and help others.
On February 6, 2024, Martin tragically lost his life in a car accident. This unforeseen event has left a void in the lives of all who knew him. His warm smile, infectious laughter, and kind heart will forever be etched in our memories.
While we mourn the loss of Martin Espinoza, we find solace in knowing that he is at peace, reunited with loved ones who have gone before him.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 17 at 11 a.m. at the Moab LDS Stake Center (701 Locust Lane).
