Shurlene Day Blair, 72, passed away on October 28, 2023, at Moab Regional Hospital.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 4 at 1:00 p.m. at the Spanish Valley Mortuary with a viewing one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
