The Moab High School Mountain Bike team took third place in Regionals, which were held in Manti on October 9. The race was called the “Manti Massacre,” and was the fourth and final race for the South Region, which Moab is a part of. The course was 5.8 miles with 580 feet of elevation gain, according to the Utah High School Cycling League. Pictured, freshman Elisabeth Knight, competing in the JV A Girls division, won first place. She completed the course with a time of 48:36.41.
