A mountain biker was flown to St. Mary’s Medical Center in Grand Junction, Colorado, after sustaining multiple injuries on Lower Captain Ahab trail on Sunday, April 21. Classic Air Medical, Grand County EMS and Grand County Search and Rescue responded to the accident. Grand County Search and Rescue said the emergency was their 26th call of the 2019 season.
