Art and presentation tutor Jeni Johnson (left) and Brittany Krist (right), director of the Moab Christian Homeschool Cooperative (MCHC), delivered a presentation on July 24 to Moab-area parents interested in the home school cooperative. MCHC is accepting student registrations for the 2018-19 school year until Tuesday, Aug. 28. Classes are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, Sept. 11. The cooperative is a locally-owned nonprofit that partners with local churches to offer a religious-based learning community. The main goal of MCHS is to teach Bible principles in all subjects, according to the MCHC press release.
