The Veterans Charity Ride stopped in Moab on Sunday, July 29, and met with community members who gathered at Swanny City Park to welcome the veterans. The Veterans Charity Ride is taking wounded and amputee veterans on Indian Motorcycles and Champion sidecars to the Sturgis Bike Rally in South Dakota next week. The week-long ride brings veterans together to help them heal from combat-related injuries through motorcycle therapy and community gatherings staged along the 1,287-mile route from Las Vegas to Sturgis.
