Oione deRoulhac was chosen as Moab Charter School’s Student of the Month for her respectful interactions with all adults and students while she’s at school and away.
She is the daughter of Liz McNair and David deRoulhac.
School officials said that Oione always greets people by looking them in the eye, saying hello, and “How are you?”
“Thank you, Oione, for your genuine respect for everyone,” they said.
Oione’s favorite subject is math. She said that her favorite thing about the charter school is, “getting to be with my friends.”
Outside of school, her favorite activities are gymnastics, riding her bike and playing with her animals.
