Jim Winder sworn in as city’s new police chief

Jim Winder officially became Moab’s new police chief on Monday, July 17, as Moab Deputy City Recorder Danielle Guerrero administered the oath of office. Winder, who previously served as the Salt Lake County sheriff, comes to the job with more than 30 years of experience leading public safety institutions.
