Moab Realty breaks ground on new building

The Moab Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Moab Realty’s future home at 301 S. 400 East.

The 8,200-square-foot professional office building will have two stories and a full basement.

Construction started on Monday, May 23, and Moab Realty expects to move into its new home in early spring of 2017. The building will have approximately 3,000 square feet of professional office space that will be available to lease.
