When our community comes together, great things happen. Last week, the Grand County Council voted to support a Master Leasing Plan for the Moab area. The current plan is a product of hard work from many in our community. The plan would allow our outdoor recreation economy to continue to grow; at the same time, responsible energy development will be able to move forward. No single industry gets to dominate the region at the expense of others. This is the definition of a balanced solution.
